"Shouldn't you, though? I mean, I'm a wizard, and... dangerous, right?"
"Eager to die, kid?" the old woman chuckled, as his expression turned to one of confusion and concern.
"But, what if I ruin everything?"
"I imagine you could. But I can tell you this—I'd rather be put to death for the mistake of keeping you alive, than live the rest of my life knowing I might have fucked up mankind's only chance to redeem itself."
